Product Associate

Job Description:

Assist in defining product requirements and specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure product requirements are met.

Support the product manager in developing product roadmaps and timelines.

Coordinate product launch activities, including marketing campaigns, sales training, and customer communications.

Prepare product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
-
Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
-
Assist in managing product updates, enhancements, and end-of-life processes.

Track and report on key product metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and usage statistics.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. • Provide support to the sales team by delivering product information, training, and materials.

Liaise with customer support to address product-related inquiries and issues.

Maintain product documentation and databases.
-
Perform other tasks as required by Head of Client Management.
Requirements:
-
Minimum qualification of a Diploma holder in IT, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in product management, software development, engineering, or a related technical role.

Hands-on experience with product development, particularly in a technical capacity.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
